Equality & Diveristy

The Trust has a number of equality and diversity initiatives including the statutory Equality, Diversity

and Human Rights training that all staff must undertake every 3 years.

In addition to the mandatory elements of this training there are a number of e-learning modules that can be accessed by all staff on ESR to expand knowledge in this subject area.
