Leadership & Management 2024

There are a range of Leadership and Management training sessions available in house and online via ESR. 

​

The Trust has committed significant funding into the development of the education & training offer. Some courses have a red contract symbol next to them          , this symbolises that there may be restrictions on this course including which staff groups can attend and that a learning contract must be signed by you and your manager before you can book onto the course. Development Burst -Building Effective Teams

The team development burst is designed in order for you to consider all things team. The 90 minute session focuses on the hard dynamics of teams and also the vital inter personal relationships that make them tick.
