All non-registered Clinical Support Staff are required to complete the Care Certificate. Some staff who are in this job role may be exempt from completion.

There are two parts for a full completion of the Care Certificate:

1. Completion of 15 Care Certificate e-learning modules

2. Complete a practical assessment

You can now complete the theoretical aspect of your Care Certificate via ESR. Instructions:1. Go to the "My Learning" section on ESR2. Search for the Learning Certification "418 E-Learning - Care Certificate" 3. Select "Subscribe"4. Complete all modules to complete your theory
